We’re delighted to announce the launch our Spring seasonal menu, full of beautifully crafted dishes for your delectation over the coming months. In true Stockdales fashions our new menu is a symphony of the highest quality ingredients and seasonal flavours, all thoughtfully developed by our Head Chef, Jonathan Davies and the Stockdales team. We’re sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
Alongside the staple Stockdales favourites, we’ve added a host of new dishes for you to sample. For starters why not enjoy octopus carpaccio with crab, crispy chicken skin, mango and avocado. Or be tempted by our classic poached duck eggs with wild mushrooms, truffle hollandaise and toasted sourdough.
For main course we’d recommend the fillet of hake with horseradish crust, pink fir new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and lemon butter sauce. Alternatively of course there is always a selection of our own Wagyu Steaks to choose from, expertly prepared on our Josper Grill.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with something from our indulgent dessert menu. The dark chocolate fondant, served with passion fruit sorbet is a definite favourite of ours. Or for a less sweet option why not finish off with a cheese board including Alex James’ blue monday and richmond smoked, served with Peter’s yard sourdough crispbreads, house chutney & celery.
