We are proud to announce, the first of many in the series, the very first Stockdales Supper Club. Stockdales will regularly be hosting these events which aim to give guests an exclusive experience with food and matching beverages.

To launch The Supper Club, our first tasting menu highlights and showcases our signature Yorkshire Wagyu beef. Attendees will enjoy six delicious courses, all of which are hand selected to support and emphasise the excellence of Wagyu beef, served alongside locally sourced ingredients, and accompanied with the perfect wine pairings

On the menu you can expect to find:

  • Beef Tea with Madeira and Tarragon

  • Wagyu Beef Tartare with Spilmans Yorkshire Asparagus and Smoked Egg Yolk

  • Glazed Wagyu Jacobs Ladder with Caramelised Onion and Horseradish

  • Fillet of Wagyu Beef with Bone Marrow & Mustard Crust, Heritage Carrots

  • Pistachio Polenta Cake with Balsamic Roasted Strawberries, Black Pepper & Basil

  • A Selection of Handmade Petit Fours
